Terms of service

These terms apply when you use our online store (the "Site") or buy from us. Teddy & Hazel is a brand of NexTrade LLC, 3140 W Main St, Riverton, WY 82501, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate and complete information when you order.

2. Our products

We sell The Decades Necklace: linked rings, one for each decade, in sterling silver or 14K gold vermeil, on an adjustable chain. Each necklace comes with a card and a gift box. We show our products as accurately as we can. Colors and sizes on screen may look slightly different in real life, and every piece varies a little.

3. Wearing and care

Jewelry contains small parts. Keep it away from young children. Remove it before swimming, bathing or exercise, and store it dry in its box.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping is free. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order. If we do, we will tell you by email and refund you in full. We may also refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed by resellers.

5. Order confirmation

After you order you will receive an order confirmation email. Your contract with us is formed when we send that confirmation.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Every order is insured: if it is lost or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it as our Shipping and Refund Policies describe.

7. Refunds and cancellations

See our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee, the statutory right to cancel for customers in the United Kingdom, a free replacement for damaged or faulty items with no return needed, and free cancellation before shipping. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message for the Site, you confirm it is yours to share and that it is honest. You allow us to show it on the Site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial only, unless you ask us not to. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

9. Our content

The text, photos, designs, logos and other content on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, for example by trying to hack it, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent. The Site runs on Shopify and uses other third-party services, such as payment providers; their own terms also apply when you use them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. 13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the Site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right right away does not mean we give it up.
